Prize giving

“1, 2, 3” on Thursday the team 4 and 5 which are the years 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 had prize giving. First of all we had to sing the national anthem, second of all Mr Burt gave out some certificate for trying hard and the second certificate was for 100% attendance. The third thing was the year 4 and 5 performance.

There song that they performed were cool and one of there song is my favourite and it’s called I’ve got the magic. There dance was very very cool but I didn’t like the parts when they got on and of parts because it took too long but it was good.

when they finished they go off stage and Mr Burt said some great things about the dance. Next he called out some more certificates for the same things but for the year 6. at the end of prize giving we had to sing our school song and say the preer and go home. I had a good time at prize giving   

About Me

Hi My name is Mikaiah, My favorite hobby is drawing, I am a student at Pt England School. My favorite Activity at school is Sports. In My family I have four sisters, two brothers, three nieces, two Nephews and a mum  Which I think is a big Family.

I am a Cook islander from Rarotonga. Me and my brother is in a Cook island dancing group. My whole family is going to Rarotonga at the end of this year. I like my culture because there’s lots of interesting things in my life.

I have many friends and they are Nathan, Paris, Kane ,James and Neo.

Cross Country

“ON YOUR MARKS, GET SET, GO!!!” Yesterday our whole school had a Cross Country race It was heaps of fun even though It was so tiring. We  had so much fun we got to slide in the mud and puddles of water. We all had to start at school than run half of the field, next we run out of school grounds and run all around the reserve twice.

As I was running I could feel the sun bursting down to my face. I was sweating and tired at the same time. I told myself not to quit and to keep on running. “GO MATATUA”, As I was running I tripped up into the water and got wet from top to bottom .

“ YES!!! ” I'm nearly finished my first lap. As I reached the finish line I heard heaps of people cheering and shouting.YES!!! I’m on my second lap I said to myself in my head.

I was puffing so hard and my heart was beating so fast too. I got a stitch when I was just reached the finished line. When I past the finish line I felt Proud of myself because I finished the race, I was really really tired too.

Point England School

"OOH MAN"I miss school already.To me Point England school is the best school I've ever none. I hope more and more children come to Point England school next term. My friends at Point England school are James, Paris, Kane and Neo. My best friend at of all of them is Neo because I've none him for four years and plus me and him like to make Skrillex beats and Dubstep too.

Point England school is the coolest school in Glen innes and Panmure. I like this school because it's a great school and many people over in Point England school is kind, Generous and helpful too. I can't wait until the 3rd term of the year.

Point England school is great at sports like Rugby, Touch, Soccer, Basketball, Volly and Netball. Many people at school are good at many things in class too like me. I am an artist and I can draw many things like Cars, Motorbikes, Letters, Block writing, and many other things too.

Point England school is so cool even WILL.I.AM came to our school. He came to Point England becouse he saw our blogging online, writing online and reading online too. He gave our school an 100.000.00 dollar check.
